where are you located?
Most visits at this time are performed virtually.
We are contracted with USMD Arlington and provide in-person pelvic health physical therapy services. All appointments at USMD are 45 minutes in duration. For more information, please call 817-472-3798.
how many visits will I need?
The length of a plan of care is dependent on the person and your individual needs. Ideally, we are seeing symptom improvement within 4-6 weeks, if not sooner. However, it often depends on the chronicity of the issue. Our goal is to look at the body as a whole and determine the root cause. It can take time to put all the puzzle pieces together, but reaching your goals is our top priority.
do you accept insurance?
All virtual PT appointments, preventative programs, and functional nutrition visits are self-pay and will not be billed through insurance. A superbill can be provided to you if you would like to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
In-person visits conducted through USMD are billed through the hospital which accepts most major insurance plans. Please reach out to USMD’s Physical Medicine department for more information 817-472-3798.
