Why 124?

The name 124 Physio & Wellness originates from James 1:2-4, a verse that I often cling to in difficult seasons. It is a beautiful reminder that trials, while challenging, build perseverance and character. We all face hardships and suffering at different times in our lives, and if someone is seeking help from me, they are often in one of those seasons. Whether it be a difficult pregnancy or delivery, challenges postpartum, infertility, chronic pain, or other condition impacting your daily life, we can remember that there is hope in the midst of suffering. I strive to come alongside each patient in their journey, supporting and helping in whatever ways I can.

“Consider it pure joys my brothers and sisters to face trials of many kinds, because you know the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking in anything.”

James 1:2-4 NIV
